What do musicians do when stressed, while performing and even during practice? Usually, tense up and stop breathing! In this workshop, discover through the Feldenkrais¨ method how to discern more clearly what is happening in your body, and learn specific ways to practice letting go of the tension. Musicians of all levels love how these exercises help them relax and loosen up. Bring your harp, and wear comfortable clothing that you can move in. This workshop will teach movements that release tension in your back and can relieve pain. Instruments not needed; wear comfortable clothing that you can move in.
